The Millennium Trek, as its name suggests, is a trekking route that commenced at the beginning of the new millennium in 2000.
It is one of the newly explored homestay (village-to-village) trekking trails in the western part of Nepal. This trekking route runs from Dulegaunda in Tanahun to Rambachha in the Syangja district, traversing through the middle hills of Gandaki Province. The trek offers an elevation range from 420m to 1709m above sea level and is also known as the Mid Hill ridge-line trek. It lies southeast of Pokhara and northeast of Walling Bazaar.
If you wish to trek through nature while staying in homestays with the local people enjoying the local culture and practices, then this trek is definitely for you.
The trek is managed by the Millennium Trek Management Committee, comprising representatives from various villages along the route. This committee works diligently to maintain the trek, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and sustainability. Our organization collaborates closely with local communities, guides, and porters to create a positive impact through tourism.
