On an initiative to reignite the trail, the team of Ghumante and Mandala IT Solutions had done the Millennium trek in December 2019 and during that visit, the Ghumante team had recorded videos that are now available on Youtube as the Millennium Trek series.
In the first episode one of the series, the team begin their journey from Kathmandu, spend their first day in Bhujikot, second day in Rajasthal, of Tanahu and enter Sadikhola, Syangja district on the third day.
In the second episode of the Millennium Trek Series by Team Ghumante, the travelers explore 2 mysterious caves, and continue their journey towards Bhaisegauda.
In the third episode of the series, the team explore Bhaisegauda.
After spending three there days, they leave for Pelkachaur and on the way, they visit Chandrakot, a beautiful gurung village and then climb two highest points of Millennium Trek, Koipher Durbar and Pharthum.
They reach Pelkachaur late at night and explore two holy temples, Manakamana and Shiva Mandir both with their own interesting stories.
Before leaving Pelkachaur, they explore the ghost cave and head out for Budhakot. Kegha is their lunch stop for the day and the locals present Ghatu and Sorathi Naach, two unique cultural dances of the Gurung and Magar Community.
