Pokharichhap is best visited during the spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) seasons. These times of the year offer clear skies and pleasant weather, making it ideal for trekking and enjoying the outdoor cultural performances.

For bird enthusiasts, Pokharichhap offers a diverse range of avian species. Some of the notable birds to watch here include the Upland Pipit, Spiny Babbler, Striated Bulbul, and Greater Coucal. Early mornings are the best time to spot these birds as they are most active during this period.
